I live in Washington State and belong to the Tyee Triumph Club in the Seattle area. I have a 1972 TR6 and have installed the Patton Throttle body fuel Injection system. Another upgrade I am wanting to make is to a crank triggered ignition system. On the internet I find an article from your club about installing one of these systems but there is no name nor can I find a conversion kit that is offered for this upgrade.

The pictures in the article are from June of 2006 and September of 2007. I am hoping you can point me to the person who wrote the article in hopes of finding a source for a conversion kit or information on how they assembled the parts for the system.

    Thanks for your help.

I built a “Port Injection” system for my XK-120 with the help of Imagine Injection, . They did a great job of machining the stock intake manifold to accept Bosch Injectors, the Idle Air Motor, and modifications to the Stock H-6 carbs to turn them into Throttle bodies. I used the FAST computer which was a breeze to wire up and tune the car.

If you would like to see the system and talk about the conversion, I would be glad to share what I did.
The system will work with any XK engine, TR-2-6 engines.
